What is your personal recipe for leading creative people towards a shared outcome?
Choose one of the five principles of directing creativity — Vision, Persuasion, Framing, Direction, or Responsibility — and share one “leadership recipe” from your own experience. This should be something you personally do when you direct creative work: a habit, a technique, a rule, a ritual, a way of giving feedback, a way of motivating people, a way of protecting an idea, or a way of pushing for excellence without harming people.
Your contribution should be short, concrete, and usable — something others in the room could steal and apply tomorrow.
