We had to create as a company a 5yr vision plan as of where/what we want to become and what are the key enablers that will help us fullfill our ambition. I only provided the framework of the team’s achievements during the last years, categories headroom for growth and customers’ relative positions. The LT held a meeting and with constructive dialogue and argumentation set collectively the vision!
